Thanks for making my trip to WDW easier. I don’t think I could have done it without a double stroller. My kids enjoyed some quality nap time during several of our waits for lunch, parades & shows. I’m including a couple of my favorite photos of them in the stroller. Coming out of Be Our Guest after lunch and my oldest hiding from Baloo at Animal Kingdom. Baloo’s handler rolled him over when he wouldn’t get out of the stroller to see him. Everyone cracked up at Baloo peeking through the window on top.

Hi Baby Wheels! 

We rented a double from you for a 10 days over Christmas and it was exactly what we needed!! My tall kids fit just fine and it was so easy to push around! I know we avoided many tired tantrums because they were able to rest comfortably in their seats, and doze off whenever they needed to (as seen in attached photo). The drop off and pick up to the hotel went perfectly and it was so helpful since we did not have a car. Of all of the stroller rentals I searched through, you had the best rates plus all the extras for free! Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality, I would recommend you to everyone!

for the amazing service we received from Baby Wheels on our recent
vacation. I started researching stroller rental about 4 months 
before our trip and was immediately drawn to your company because 
you were not "nickel and diming" your customers on the accessories. 
From the first time I contacted you with questions about the rental 
I received fast and friendly service. When we arrived at our Disney 
resort our stroller was waiting for us and to be honest it was 
better than I expected. The stroller was in excellent condition and 
was very clean, all the accessories were included and stored on the 
stroller. I ended up renting a double stroller because I wasn't 
sure if my 7 year old would be up to all the walking she would have 
to do at Disney. The stroller ended up being a lifesaver as it 
allowed us to keep the kids close in the big Easter crowds and they 
were able to catch a quick nap during the busy days. We also had 
rain during two days of our vacation and the rain cover made sure 
the girls stayed nice and dry. The cover was also great for times 
we had to "park" the stroller for rides as it kept everything dry 
in case of an unexpected shower. I honestly can't say enough 
about how great the service was. My daughters and I were both 
sad to see our stroller go at the end of our trip. Thank you so 
much for the safety, security and convenience your product added 
to our trip. I will be recommending you to any of my friends who 
are traveling to Orlando and look forward to being able to use

I was very happy with my stroller rental. I called the day before our trip and got a call back within minutes (and it was a Saturday). The requested stroller was there when I arrived at the hotel. was in good working shape, and suited our needs perfectly (my seven-year old daughter was getting over a mild case of pneumonia and we wanted to limit her walking – so she’s big!). It was much easier to fold than I anticipated and also easy to lock. Returning it was a snap too. So all in all, I was very happy and would absolutely recommend your service to others (and have been already!).

I just wanted to say Thank You for such an easy experience. We rented the double GT from 2/23/13 to 2/28/13 and it was so easy. When we arrived at our hotel it was waiting for us and we just dropped it back off at the hotel baggage area when we were leaving. I have a 6 year old boy and a 4 year old boy and I wanted a heavy duty stroller that would be easy to push them in. This stroller was great. We had no issues getting around the parks and they were very comfortable. Folds up very easy and the rain cover kept our boys dry. We will use you again on our next visit.

Your service made our trip to Disney so easy-breezy! The stroller was at our resort, when we arrived, all ready to go! It had a large bright sign, with our names, attached to the bottom, which made it easy to identify at the Parks.

It was the perfect size for our 3 1/2 year old & our jackets, drinks, & snacks. The cooler was such a nice feature. Unfortunately, some hungry squirrels at Hollywood Studios thought so too. They chewed it to shreds. When I contacted Baby Wheels to see how we could remedy the situation, they were so helpful. They even offered to send over another to replace the one that had been chewed. Such wonderful (& understanding service). I have already recommended Baby Wheels to a friend who is planning at trip to Disney in the near future!

I do not have any photos of my daughters in the stroller but we really enjoyed renting the double stroller from your company. We were very grateful for the stroller. I hadn’t thought of renting one but
my friend suggested it, and next year I plan to do the same (if my kids
still fit). The stroller was fine, good condition, no complaints. It was
ready when I went to pick it up, no problems whatsoever. My kids loved the
option of riding instead of walking and it was so much easier to get through
a crowd while they were buckled in.

We had a great time on vacation. The double stroller we rented was great. We ended up staying an extra day a disney and should of reutned the stroller at 5:00 to our hotel but when I called the 1800 number at like 10:00 the night before the lady was very helpful. she told us she would not charge us and to just leave at our hotel when we got back from the park at midnight. then we had another problem and didnt know what hotel we were going to be at since our hotel we hat been staying in was booked up and we were just going to drive that night when we left the park to find one. She said to just let her know which one and yall could get it but ended up saying we could also leave at a disney hotel. Which was very easy to do. THANK YOU!  I cannot express enough how much easier your service made our vacation.  We rented the City Mini GT Double with a baby carrier attachment and everything was wonderful.  The stroller was waiting for us when we arrived to the Grand Floridian, it served dutifully for seven days and then we just left it with the bell stand when we departed.  My wife saw me looking at the stroller with what must have been a sad look on my face as we were handing back to the bell stand as she asked me “Do you want to give it a hug?”

I’d definitely use Baby Wheels Orlando again. We took our 3 kids, 5 yrs, 3.5 yrs and 19 mo to Seaworld and the Magic Kingdom. They loved the stroller and the glider attachment. Great customer service getting the rental set up. The stroller was at the resort when we checked in and it was in like new condition. The small cooler worked great for juice boxes and small snacks. The setup was super easy and even my husband agreed the stroller pushed really easy and had good maneuverability.

 We were thrilled with your service. We thought we had lost a wheel at one point, so my wife called. The person who answered was incredibly apologetic and offered to bring the wheel to wherever we were, rather than simply drop it off at the hotel. While we were fine with the hotel drop-off, the offer was very much appreciated. It turns out, the wheel had simply fallen off in the trunk of our car. (which is why you received an extra wheel back from us!)

We had a great experience with Baby Wheels Orlando.  It could not have been easier– the stroller was at our hotel when we requested and we dropped it off at Bell Services with no trouble.

We have 4 children ranging from 4 months to 5 years, and rented the City Mini Double for 8 nights.  It was one of the best decisions we made for our Disney vacation!  Our kids loved the stroller and our 2- and 3- year olds took naps in the stroller almost every day and were very comfortable.  Even my 7 and 8 year old nephews fit comfortably in the stroller and wanted turns riding. The stroller handled well and was in great condition. It folded easily and was a snap to carry on and off the Disney buses. Our only complaint is that we could not figure out how to “lock” the stroller once folded.  If we go back to Disney again, we’ll definitely be renting from Baby Wheels Orlando.

 We rented a stroller for our trip to Disney on December 28 – January 2. It was 100% A+ experience and would use the service again. We loved the stroller and assortment of accessories. We used and needed all of them. We have a four year old and a two year old and they fit easily into the stroller, were comfortable, and slept in it without problems.

I would just like to send a quick hello and thank you for your wonderful service.  I was quite worried about what to do with the stroller return when my family and I had to switch hotels abruptly, but one call to you and it was all sorted out.  The “City Mini GT” double stroller that we rented from you worked excellent and was a blessing to have while we maneuvered our way through Disney World. Our 3 and 6 year old would never have lasted those 5 days without the sanctuary of the stroller.  We had no real problems getting it on and off all of the trams, trollys, and monorails.  Even though it was a double stroller, while open, it fit through most doorways that we encountered. When needed you just had to pick it up from the middle and it folded right up.  (honestly, that really surprised me at how quick and easy that was)

The stroller worked perfectly. The price was compatible with what we would have had to pay to rent a stroller at Disney World but this was a much better option. The strollers at Disney are hard plastic and do not provide a comfortable napping environment. My grandson, who is five, napped each day in the stroller we rented from you. The stroller was easy to collapse and with the little cooler pack that was provided at no additional charge was perfect for packing small waters.  Your delivering it and picking it up at our hotel was terrific. I would highly recommend your services.

We just rented a city mini double for our WDW vacation and it was a lifesaver! My 5 year old and 2.5 year old loved it. They could see everything and sit in comfort. My 5 year old has very sensitive eyes and the canopy shaded him at any point in the day from any direction. Your customer service reps were helpful and answered many of my questions. It was waiting at our hotel when we checked in and we left it at the hotel when we travelled to the airport. It was easy to close and open (even holding a sleeping 5 year old it was done!). I even called them to confirm what year the stroller was, we loved it so much I am looking into buying one for us now that we are home!

WAS SOOOO GLAD I DIDN’T USE THE “CHEAP” PLASTIC ONES OFFERED AT THE RESORTS…..MY BROTHER AND SISTER N LAW USED THEM….AND THEY WERE JEALOUS

We just returned from our trip to Disney and want to say we LOVED your stroller service!  We rented the city mini GT double and we were extremely happy with everything.  The stroller was waiting for us at the hotel looking brand new and never been used.  It was prefect for both our 8 month old as well as our 5 year old.  Both seats reclined flat for napping and had mesh vents to keep the kids cool.  It as well had sun covers that are so large they covered our infant completely, thus keeping her totally out of the hot Florida sun while at the parks.  The free accessories (rain cover, parent console, and cooler pack) came in handy and we were not charged extra as other stroller rental companies do.  Lastly, not having to worry about dropping it off at the end of the trip limited the already hectic day.  We would gladly rent from you again in the future.

 I never could understand why someone would rent a stroller and not bring their own.  We have 14 month old twins and on day 3 of our Disney trip, the axel on our double stroller broke!  Animal Kingdom let us borrow one for the reminder of the day BUT it was absolutely not a stroller for babies.  Think hard plastic, no reclining, more for a 4-8 year old.  When we got back to our resort, stroller-less, I saw a couple pushing around a rented stroller and asked if I could get the number off it.  It was around 6 in the evening.  When I called, a gentleman answered the phone, he was very helpful and polite.  I was ecstatic to hear that Baby Wheels Orlando could deliver a Double Stroller with a free mini cooler, free drink holder and free rain cover for ONLY $60 for 5 nights!!!!!!  He guaranteed it would be delivered to our resort by 8 am, and it was!!!!  The stroller was PERFECT!!!!!! It was sooo easy to fold!  The sun visor to protect the babies was huge!!!!  I LOVED it and I am actually considering buying that exact stroller myself!  I would recommend Baby Wheels Orlando to anyone!  I have told all my friends and actually have a friend coming down in October that is going to rent one.

I’ve been meaning to send in a review but have been so busy since we got back a couple weeks ago.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service!  Being a busy, working mom of twin boys, I never have the time to send in feedback but I was so impressed by the service we received from baby wheels that I wanted to make the time to write about my great experience with them.
This was my first time using a stroller rental service so I was a little nervous about having the stroller delivered on time or even at all.  the stroller was literally delivered to the front of our door at the scheduled time.  The stroller was in perfect condition, clean, easy to use, and came with all the accessories we asked for (parent console and rain cover).  What pleasantly surprised me was that the cooler was provided to us at no additional cost and I’m so glad it was b/c we were able to keep their lunchables cool throughout the day!
My twin boys are 4 years old and not really a fan of hot weather.  The great thing about having the stroller was the comfort it provided them with when it was needed most (ie: shade from the sun, a good afternoon nap, a comfy seat to sit back and enjoy).  I can honestly say that having this stroller gave us the ability to lengthen our stay at the all the Disney parks from morning to night.  I can’t imagine those plastic, hard, disney rental strollers providing the same comfort that baby wheels’ stroller did and the best part is, the stroller rental from baby wheels was significantly cheaper than disney’s stroller rental.
We plan on going back to florida next year and will definitely use baby wheels again.  Until then, I’m happy to refer and recommend their services to anyone looking for a stroller rental service.  Thanks baby wheels, you did not disappoint!!!!

“My wife and I took our 6 and 3 year old daughters to Disney World in late August 2012, and rented a City Mini double stroller from Baby Wheels Orlando instead of shlepping our own double stroller from home.  The stroller was waiting in our hotel when we arrived, and it was so clean that it looked brand new.  We had added the parent console and cooler bag for extra storage, and we used them constantly for all the “little extras” that we would need throughout the day, such as Purell, water bottles, pens for character signatures, and snacks for the kids.   The stroller was very easy to push and maneuver thought the Disney crowds, and it folded up in seconds for carrying on and off the Disney buses.  On our last day, we just had to leave it at the Bellhop desk in the hotel.  We would highly recommend Baby Wheels Orlando for any family traveling to Orlando with young kids.  The service, product, and rental rates can’t be beat!”

The stroller service was wonderful! I can’t imagine trying to navigate the hotel, monorail, and Disney World without it. The glider option was a lifesaver. My four year old daughter did not complain once about walking in the August Florida heat thanks to the glider!

 We loved that when we arrived at the hotel on Friday, our stroller was waiting for us and when we left the next week we had the stroller until 5:00. Other stroller services pick up at 2:00 and that would have been a major inconvenience for us.

 

Renting a stroller from Baby Wheels is a major money saver! If we had rented a double stroller in Disney World, it would have cost us $31 a day and we would not have been able to take it out of the park.  Plus, the strollers in Disney World are not nearly as comfortable or convenient as the CityMini that we rented.

We had a wonderful trip to Disneyworld in July all thanks to our Baby Wheels stroller we rented. We rented a double stroller and it was at the bellhop desk when we arrived. The stroller exceeded our expectations!! We have 2 small children and we simply would not have made it without the stroller. It folded up easily for my husband to get on and off the different buses too. The seats reclined all the way back and the canopy was wonderful, our little ones were shielded from the sun and were comfortable. It was very clean and I would recommend Baby Wheels Orlando to all of my friends!

In the picture, the canopy is only pulled down two notchs and they are shaded well. If the canopy was pulled all the way down, it would have shaded their entire bodies!! We had no complaints from the boys, they were always happy to get in the stroller!

sleeping kids directly onto the monorail and then all the way back to our
building in the Polynesian. Without it we would have been carrying kids for
miles. I will definitely recommend your company to all of my friends
visiting Disney in the future and I look forward to renting it again next
December!

We ordered one of the strollers before we left and it was there when we arrived.
We soon realized a 2nd stroller would be very beneficial so I

Our personal B•O•B double stroller encountered a flat tire at the air port.
Not only did Baby Wheels have a stroller waiting for us at our resort they took our flat tire and had it back to us the next day ready to go!

Just wanted to let know how great our experience was with your stroller rental.
From start to finish you provided quality service.

Our double stroller was clean, in great condition (like new) and so easy to use.
It was super easy to maneuvre and all of the extra accessories were such a bonus.
We used it for our 5 and 2 year old at the Disney Parks and the extended shades blocked the sun and
allowed them to have their space when they laid down comfortably for their naps.

It really made our vacation so much easier, especially since you were so accommodating with delivery and pick-up times.
The kids loved it and so did we.

Hi Amy!

We loved using the stroller!  It worked out really well for us.

I was happy that I could reserve it as early as one day ahead, and it was waiting for us when we got to the hotel.
It is a really nice stroller.
My husband was impressed with the fact that it could be easily controlled with one hand.

My daughter (21 months) loved it!

It was her favorite plaything while at the hotel.  She loved pushing it around and climbing in and out of it.
She insisted on riding in it even while just going to get breakfast downstairs.

Y’all made it really easy for us to use it while we were in Orlando.

My only wish

is that the basket under the stroller could have been a little bigger, but we managed fine the way it was.
I was glad to find the pouch behind the seat — it was perfect to put my purse in.  I also like how stable the stroller was.
One thing you can add to the instructions is how to make the stroller recline and how to put it back up.

We figured it out, but missed seeing it on the instruction card.  Yourcustomer service was wonderful.

The lady I spoke to was very courteous and helpful.
I don’t know when we’ll make it back to Orlando, but we’ll be sure to use y’all again!
